But what he (Dick) didn't say (and it is the only thing that counts) is how long will WES take to get out of debt or reduce debt to size where it hrdly matters. Min 10yrs IMO and if coal stays lousy it could be much longer. What CEO has conceded is WES paid far too much for coles. About 100% too much as it has turned out.
