A very good point indeed smash, they had stated quite openly at the AGM about the confidential negotiations. only the board would be privy to these discussions, if the general market knew about these discussions perhaps the general market would have soaked them up.....

I had accepted that the directors had not been buying because of this... perhaps thier hand had been forced to buy once they had a discussion with someone offloading and had to ack quickly, but surely the recent visit to the UK would have found a suitable buyer.
