    Dodgy advice re the break fee I revert back to my earlier call and the break fee would be payable if PGL shareholders vote it down (see Clause 3.1c and also 12.3g of the MIA)...quite unbelievable that PGL board is trying to get this through via an ordinary resolution and not a special resolution considering the materiality of the proposed transaction!
