Yes the doctor signs off on all announcements, but he is not good at it. And in doing so he creates enormous confusion in the market where he gives too optimistic dates, forgets to include important information, or gives us too much information that confuses us.

Because in the 2019 Annual Report, the company states that 2020 is going to be the year in which there is going to be a Shift from Research to Commercialization, the company needs a new form of management to do that.
I think in that regard we all here on this forum agree that the Doctor should step down as Managing Director and CEO. In stead he should focus on product development because that is his expertise.

We need a new leader in this company that that can sell all these amazing products.
