Agree with the "progress payment" part but from experience in producing one off specialised equipment there is always a deposit paid with progress payments that follow. Even if your theory way correct its been 6 months since the announcement and no sign of a "progress payment" or "deposit".
I think its time the Company clarified this agreement and payment timelines.
