the bounce of 200% since Nov 20th seems an urban legend all the US REITs I looked at did average up since Nov 20th but probably no more than 40% and something must have happened Nov 20th for them to tank that day cant remember what.
The risk reward is good with the sector I also feel but best to spread amongst a number of REITs I have GJT BEC this, RNY may get some ABP
RNY offers some arbitrage I am tradeing it as a good spread between buys and sells
