Hi P2, yeah I work to a plan of determining a base inground value (if poss) first off just to try and underpin my entry..

Then once I know where I sit roughly in regards to what I paid I can start to work through the rest of the process with a little element of safety..

Gold price booming is making that task easier now than before, but you are still a speccy until you are not..

Been handed my ass on a plate enough times now to heed the lesson..

Then it's simply 1. Management, 2. Resource & 3. Register.

You won't get it out of the ground without good management, no matter the size as has been proven before..

You won't get to mine without a resource that stacks up.. Again gold price run is helping here now, where it may not before

And finally, you want a tight register with a solid top 20 if poss? You get played too much otherwise and are forever watching for the dump.

That's my approach anyway..
