    directors in Arrow PERSONALLY own 11% of PES.....Shell, Arows new business partner owns 16%.....mmmmm they have done pretty well out of the deal haven't they? I wonder why they would pay so much for PES? I wonder why the PES share price has been rocketing lately...mmmm must all be just be a coincidence.
