Clearly Zylotechs board is in a mess, when a company gets in to trouble, every board member is accountable, it appears Nick has run Zylotech as his own private company (I really hope his fingers has not been in the till) all shareholders are disillusioned with the share price, and excuses. I think all of that should be enough to call an EGM.
