I don't think it will be quite that high - but that is purely opinion more than any calculations. I certainly hope to be surprised to the upside.
I also think (and this is only semantics) that if they want to bump it up they will issue a special dividend portion rather than making it all a 'normal' dividend. That way they have the flexibility not to pay the special dividend next year (and lets be honest, we are in extraordinary times for the IO price - among other things!) and basically avoid the negative headlines that come with changing/cutting 'normal' dividends.
