Undoubtedly and in all likelihood, that will be the 'commercial build' unless it's something like a storage facility/Fire Dept and/or other utility building that requires high FRL's and/or acoustic mitigation. Again, someone like jcurve can provide further insight but I can't think of many reasons why FBR in conjunction with a brick/block manufacturer wouldn't just keep developing a different, specialized 'block' for each new application to ensure they comply with unreinforced min/max heights, FRL's, acoustics while also being cost-effective compared to the current options.

As Karan and others on here have pointed out, FBR is the perfect solution for a current and post COVID-19 world.
