    For sure.

    It's why I steer clear of politics and mass-media as much as possible. I personally feel that there are way too many variables for me to discern fact from fiction.

    It's worth mentioning that from an economic perspective, nations/governments don't benefit when they are giving out more money than they're making due to the COVID-19 restrictions that they have forced upon their people/businesses etc.

    I'm more concerned about the cash-flow positive nations utilizing this horrific time to purchase crucial assets in countries that are suffering (debt mitigation) and/or majority stakes in publicly listed companies that are going belly up due to restrictions, similar to what transpired after the 2008 GFC.

    Again, off-topic but I'm interested to hear your opinion.
