    This deal is basically a dicounted cap raising, and listening to PGL holders i would not be holding my breath for them to vote YES.

    Obviously it depends on the instos of PGL but not sure that they would want a stake in AVX.

    If PGL get down i might buy in at 65 or less. Been a while since i have held AVX
