You do not believe they should be tested for alcohol concentration and
drug concentration?
Alcohol consumption at the start of a surgical shift, a nursing shift, A MD shift?
Surgery under the influence?
Why? Airline pilots were? Drivers are.
Why are doctors and health officers exempt from drug and alcohol testing?
Because they would fail the tests?
