You might be right. I guess you need to know a bit about each although much of what I said is just drivel I confess. BRB been around for a while, mentored by a couple of American funds with deep pockets and lots of experience. Drilled a zillion holes and got heaps of potential but failed to turn up with the feasibility study and changed strategy; hence the baggage.
CST a newbie spun out of WGX. Been around five minutes. Drilling in the middle of nowhere as opposed to BRB between two major mines and only 100km from K. CST wanting to connect to solar power for Pete's sake.
You get the drift... just drawing a contrast that despite the baggage and equivalent MC BRB looks a better bet to me than CST out in the middle of nowhere.
