    I disagree mate.

    I would love you to point me to a TH where a CR is not prefaced with a nod to funds, whether that be a private placement or otherwise.

    This might not be an acquisition, it may well be a sale but either way this won't be about a CR unless there is a deal attached.

    I'll buy you a steak dinner if I am wrong.
