My simple view of this makes it a buy down here. They just hold premium shopping assets all over the world. We can talk valuations, debt, 2nd waves, the new normal etc etc. I do know one thing is that people are breaking their necks and the rules to get some sort of normalcy in their lives. Forget online shopping but the real shopping experience is what people are craving now. A normal day out at the shops would pull a pretty price at the moment.
