I think that we might hear that ‘pathaway’ have Ditched HCT very soon.

If Pathaway want to keep HCT as rights to move this stuff around the world and make them money then I’m sure they will be looking at their contract to somehow find a breach to terminate..
If I was pathaway they would of already been terminated....

All roads point to a pump and dump, the only thing that keeps me intrigued is in the pump they could of raised $10m and only went for $2.2m...so there is a glimmer of hope but never hitting any related sales forecasts ever and not marketing the products in any form of professionalism and a massive ranking of SP says the Dr is just a dreamer using mum and dads money to live a good life..
