Curious and curiouser. A matter material to Jervois Mining was heard in the Federal Court yesterday with no corresponding notice released to the ASX. As the order rescinded decisions or purported decisions made by the Board, yesterday's announcement concerning the appointment of a new director is invalid for the duration of the order or until a further injunction is issued by the Court.
