That waiver fee not being paid is a real concern mind you.
Even with 2 shipments already this quarter I just can't see where the interest payment is coming from without a CR or the note being used and the note will not likely draw the funds in required.
Best and easiest outcome would be some pre-payments with a placement of up to 9.9% from a non holding customer so FIRB would approve. Possible?
