Swings and roundabouts with the big reasource companies, Rio would be my pick for accumulation - it may take a hit on gold and on base metals however, at USD $40 a barrell it will swing up on oil.. As to an extent will BHP - but BHP has had the value run and RIO has lagged, RIO has disposed of non-core assets and is cashed up. This represents a good time to accreate a stake in RIO....
