I am a little confused here. Does this prevent the fire sale of assets or not? If it doesn’t it allows that to happen without the need for another creditors meeting.
I appreciate Barakas more positive view, but I am a little more skeptical due to the reasons why the injunction was being sought in the first place not being disclosed in the announcement. I would be much more comfortable about this situation if I knew those. Are they publically available? Suggest we try to find out.
