It has peaked and it won't return only those with a strong balance sheet that can fight out competetive pricing pressures will survive.

Those that have take on debt at the top of the market ala WES are in strife, luckily for them they are a diversified conglomerate.

The little manufacturers..the little guys that need short term funding to pay their wages and service their debts that will not be able to cope with price competiteveness moving forward are finished by mid 2009 and more to falter 2010.
