I think you have it the wrong way round with the valuation , all the value is the court case which is a 50%+ chance of $500m-1bn payout , the silver mine is maybe 10c value if the court case all goes wrong, when they win the court case I would expect 80% of the funds to be paid out as a special div and the balance to fund the silver mine ...
