I dare say if anything untoward is actually happening then this will not be given out, there are no other reasons for it to be withheld....
Most reputable firms or the ones that are not up to anything would of published in the presentation, given out at the AGM(made public) or when asked would be given to a sSH when asked, any with holding is again a bad sign
