Another memory is doing work for Graincorp at harvest time, if there was a hint of rain 20 of us or so would have to run in a line up a giant mountain of wheat pulling a tarp. You'd have to struggle to not sink into the grain, and gee if there was a bit of wind get under the tarp it was bloody dangerous as it could pull the lot of you.
