I assume this is the post-landing cool down period? When the vehicle still has 100+ tonnes of fuel on board?
Liquid rocket fuel experimenters learned 100ish years ago not to go near fuelled vehicles unless they REALLY had to.
(I am watching this on my phone so fine adjustment of a 14 hour video isn't that easy...)
