a Healthy Immune system is not a "cure". In the cases of a Virus a "healthy immune system" is an uninfected one. A "healthy immune system" is not virus resistant system. Unfortunately it doesn't work that way.
The Flu vaccine works/ed extremely well, people don't die or fall violent ill from the old Strains anymore...
