    Any country has scammers so its no different in india too. India is rich in IT side and the milldle class, upper middle class is lot wealthy than you think also well educated. And that portion is ab 15-20% if not more. But 15% of 1 billion ppl. Do your maths, That's is the market sezzle is targeting, and that portion is lot less risky and if sezzle can get them on board, it will be huge
