Because the market cap is $20 billion. If it is only earning $200 million for example, aka 1%, are you really that confident earnings are going to continue to grow to provide a more reasonable return? You could buy a "risk free" asset with a higher return.
Given covid, etc, it's a risky proposition IMO.
