James holds 4.87% (12.49 M shares) (sold 0.16M shares for a odd 35K AUD)
Viv holds 9.1% (23.3 M shares) (sold 2.3 M shares for a cool 500K AUD)
together they own 13.97% of KTD. Valued at 7M AUD. It will be in their best interest for KTD to do well and maximize their returns. Why sell at 7 M when you can sell at 14 or 21 M in a few more months (provided things gets back in track)
When shares come out of escrow, it is fully vested so there are tax liabilities that they are required to pay up. I am sure that is the reason behind the sale of stock. This is common in startups.
i m not too worried.
