they couldn't change the lending arrangements just at the drop of hat, could they?

the LVR would be fixed once you had gone into agreement

what ever happens it appears that anz and commonwealth bank think the risk of getting there money back has gone up considerably

so they are not lending on OZL full stop

of course this may indicate that either of these banks will not be refinancing hey?

Also it appears that that resource update is beginning to look more like a for sale sign than anything else now.

Maybe they have got somebody interested in buying the assets and they are trying to get a higher price

or they could have no interest and they are trying to drum up some interest at the last minute

geez....what next
