A mate of mine received a call telling he was in margin call and hadto restor his facility, he told them no way, theyre dreaming.

OZL is not trading he told them, they called back saying they reduced the lvr and he had to pay up

Imagine if the banks went to someones house and said, risk dept thinks this XXXXX suburb is not worth us lending into. You currently have a loan of 75% of the property.
Please reduce it to 50% by tomorrow at 2pm or we will auction it to the highest bidder.
