My read on what is happening isthat it’s all about T-Cells. More specifically Regulatory T cell memory or “MemoryT Cells”. To me, these will be present in the Convalescent Plasma of Coronavirussurvivors – hence the large focus on this therapy.
More importantly for us, MSCscan help signal the activation of these Memory T-Cells in the body. My interpretationis that Convalescent Plasma Transfusions will be the Gold Standard for themasses and our MSCs will be used in the event that the patient’s condition getsworse. Remestemcel-l seems to work best when the patient’s condition is moresevere. By having the Convalescent Plasma transfusion up front, they will havemore chance of survival as our Therapy will be more effective.
