What if AGK don't get majority ownership and fail to get over the line. How can this so called independent board (ye right) still be on the board in the best interest of all its shareholders when they have just shown their true colours by sucking up to AGK and taking this ridiculous offer. What impact will this have on SGL.... not good I think. Conflict of interest issues in the horizon.
