Still debating whether Jap better than Butternut pumpkins (Butternut seem to store better). They all taste similiar to me.
Some others on here planted Jarrahdale might give that a go this summer.
Not much happening here at moment few garlic and onions but the onions look a bit sad this year.
Waiting for some warmer weather so get started on the summer stuff.

Getting sick of eating Pumpkin (have given a few away) but we have just been declared in a Fruit Fly zone so have to eat em ourselves.

Had lots of pumpkin soup, roasted, boiled etc etc.
Did give Pumpkin and Mushroom sausage rolls a go for something different (had a few proper sausage rolls as well) weren't too bad.

@Margaret63 hows your pumpkins going? Any ready for Pumpkin mushroom sausage rolls yet?

With the leftover pastry made apricot tarts with homemade apricot jam and a few dried apricots thrown in.
They tasted rather delish. Might do them again.
