    Tesla and a few other USA companies have factories in China, which is slightly more involved than a passive 5% shareholding. They don't control afterpay anymore than they control Tesla, Apple etc. if we integrate with China, it will be via the Chinese afterpay company which will be separate from the USA entity. The USA entity isn't even wholly owned by Afterpay parent company...
