Process for approval in Greenland for hydro electric is overly lengthy and cumbersome prior to EIA submission. Better to focus on a simple well known alternative so not to hold up the EIA anymore then necessary and get the project underway. Money isnt the problem with the 70% plus IRR on diesel. Speed is also equally a valuable commodity in the best interests of shareholders.
