We may think that the SP dropping back to 0.25c (likely into 10s soon) may have been a failure the announcement, BUT IF, not saying it is, ONLY IF, the purpose of the announcement was to cause fluctuation for the benefit of mates, then it served its purpose absolutely perfectly. Feel sorry for the poor $uk3rs who bought in and started their long agonizing journey.
