Being unlisted means they will be converted quick to give czn more money if on strike versus traded back and forth if listed.

I've seen listed options in the money traded right upto expiry. In that situation the company does not get money quick, but here to get your money you need to give czn money first.

In a way doing options this way is a dual cap raise and does away with a cr for sometime.

Anybody got thoughts why do unlisted options against listed here?

Generally on there crs, they are listed, so I was surprised to see deferred ones.
