To make sure the employees don’t fall into temptation of buying/selling shares as they have the info of annual report.
As mentioned by eric341, the report have to be very good/bad above expectation. Since there were no update recently, IMHO it can only be outstanding above expectations otherwise A2M would be an update to the market.
Good opportunity to buy today if you trust your instinct.
