Maybe iv'e interpreted it wrongly, but upside risk in investing is focused on uncertain positive returns, and the way it read's appears to be.
"We believe that NEU presents significant uncertainty of positive returns, with positive trial outcomes over CY21/CY22 likely to trigger a re-rating of the company." Which makes no sense to be Wasabibarako.
Likewise, Wasabibarako, i'm the same as you, just a long term holder, with his fingers crossed for some sort of re rate, sooner rather than later.
