The Australian has one goal, to sell papers. Nosworthy is one of many directors who had a hand in these "failed' companies. If economic conditions had prevailed ppl would probably be toasting them as guru's. Another one of those "failure is an orphan" moments.

Mind you I am no fan of any director taking huge fees when things are not going well.

As to VCR not making a profit, perhaps The Australian could have pointed out what the business of VCR is and therefore profit comes later - if it comes at all.

As to Nosworthy still on the board of VCR, perhaps some cost cutting could remedy that? Howevr, just because she is on the board does not guarantee failure or success for that matter.
