This is an interesting take on Don 'natural instinct for science' Trump. One trait of effective tribal leaders (many of whom led their people into absolute slaughter) is the ability to give the impression that they have all the answers and know more than others-they actually believe they do have the answers- people want to believe that and follow someone who is strongly confident in their opinions-to the point where this loyalty blinds them.
This clip has some great examples of Trump speaking very confidently on things he demonstrably has few clues about- many of which his loyal supporters are happy to chalk up to joking around.
