I think we need to be mindful of how big this market is. A quick search tells me there are over 6000 hospitals and 350 university hospitals. The hospital market which GMV is targeting is very large. Based on my numbers, the 17 university hospitals we have signed up so far should generated about $20m in revenue. We only need to sign up another 70 or so hospitals and we have a $100m revenue business.

If you then add in medical centres like All Country Home Care in Florida and Telehealth companies like Livecare and all of a sudden you can easily see how massive the US market is.

Now keep in mind GMV is a little company in a big market. Lots of pie and opportunity to go around. We don't have to be the market leader for shareholders to do well.

BEAT and IRTC are not huge revenue businesses in scheme of things. Yes they maybe some of the largest and well entrenched. But they also have a target on there back for smaller companies to attack and pick off.

At the end of the day, like many business and sectors it simply comes down to product and service.

Can GMV provide a high level of monitoring service as it continues to grow rapidly? Can it's 3 IDTF facilities services all these new hospitals and more? Probably not, and that's where the $5m comes in for expansion.

I think the prizma and patch are highly competitive devices. Our advantage is we own and manufacture these products. We can supply them cheaper than some other competitors products. Basically we give them away. We own the upgrade cycle. And we don't risk being a distributor and having the product pulled and given to a competitor. We also have the flexibility to distribute other products and thus further diversity the revenue stream.

So IMO over time, the company could very easily and quickly have 100 hospitals on the IDTF platform. Can easily and quickly signed up more medical centres and Telehealth companies. Seriously, it won't take much for revenues to increase quickly and to a level that our competitors start to take note.

But it all comes down to people. And people are the greatest asset in any business. Get a great sales team and that will really get the ball rolling. But we also need a great team in the IDTF facilities to ensure continued high level service.

Can they succeed? If you own stock you have already answered your question. How much stock will determine how well you think they will succeed.

I think they can and yes I agree, the level of success will be shown in the quarterlies going forward.
