I doubt that Victorian citizens are any less socially responsible than other states. The big difference is in Victoria, Andrews through his total mismanagement of the hotel lockdown, caused the virus to be let loose in the community. Once this happened, it reached “critical mass ” and the compounding effect means many many people caught the virus, who in turn pass it on etc etc. A chain reaction, the mathematic of compounding And now many more people that have been detected with the virus (many of whom may be asymptomatic) are carriers. And of course the virus is spreading here. Ask yourself: Are Victorians uniquely civilly disobedient? The answer to that is NO. No more so than the rest of Australia So what is unique in Victoria compared to the rest of Australia? What happened here to cause this, which did not happen anywhere else? There has to be a reason that it only happened here. And the answer to that is Daniel Andrews total mismanagement which allowed the virus to escape.

He does not ensure the positive cases self isolate. A third of carriers wander the community. There are over 2500 unknown sources, nearly 8000 active virus cases. Locations are secret because of "Human Rights" Victoria's human rights law is a millstone which will kill hundreds. The human rights mania is Dan's baby. My daughter works in Vic Health under resourced, exposed she is cra++ing herself with fear she will take it back to family. Harmless stuff like fishing, walking on the beach, golf all banned with police and rangers patrolling in the biggest woftam of all time. To be charitable to you PD I assume you don't live in Vic.

Gentlemen Why assume my post was a sleight on all Victorians? Or denigrating Victorians ahead of other Australians? My post had 2 points:don’t blame one man, when 100’s and probably 1,000’s of Victorians wilfully ignored their quarantine instructions, by attending work, using public transport and socialising in the community when they had been tested for and in some cases diagnosed with Covid-19.
