i agree with morningstar... it will be something along the lines of...

"we have made significant progress, but are not at a stage where a resolution has been found. There has been numerous parties interested in our assets and we continue to assess the offers. We are in discussions on a number of fronts. We have been granted an extension until end of January. Our shares will remain in voluntary suspension until such time that an acceptable solution has been resolved."
