    If they love their culture so much they should stay at home

    You migrate and you respect the culture you migrate to - not whinge about every little thing and then pull out the ''oppressed'' card.

    My family came from post war Europe - no public housing - no Centrelink - no handouts. My dad had to learn english quick smart and work two jobs to make a go of it - and not once did he ever complain about anything Australian. He was always grateful for every opportunity Australia had provided him and his family. Despite this he never lost his cultural soul - but enhanced through his Australian experience. He respected this country's laws, paid his taxes and never claimed one red cent from the government.

    Maybe they don't make migrants like this anymore
