Based on that I would suggest its likely between 6-18 months, for a successful case. With a skew towards a shorter time, i.e. 10 months is statistically more likely than 14 months.
But that was then and this is now ... similar data for unsuccessful cases might also be instructive.
And I guess, the size of the claim being made against the actual awarded payment ... which might correlate with the settlement time too.
