Look, if its so bad and everyone knows coy's don't tell the "truth", then no-one would invest in them.
I understand that there are times when the full and frank disclosure is against SH interests, so there are going to be time that SH are left with the "feeling" that something has been left out or the whole "truth" has not been disclosed, however we must trust these ppl to run the coy's we invest in. If we can't trust them, even when enlightened self interest is involved, them why even bother with them?
Yes, question everything but why down-grade everything that is announced? Surely, most of it is true?
